Once approved by the Private Office Advisory Board. We will formalise the relationship with the Private Office and use all endeavours to deliver your needs.
We will want to conduct a series of preliminary meetings to fully understand the detailed requirements and manner of approach. This will include the type of connection required, the exact contact level, and what sort of culture exists in that organisation. We will also conduct research resulting from these meetings.
First meeting preparation is essential, and the Private Office would want all partners fully prepared, whether they are meeting a government department, senior official or any industry contact. A good lens on cultural connection can also make a difference and this will be explored when coaching the team. Sometimes locally seeing is believing for products and more trust can be established with face-to-face meetings, so this will come as a minimum expectation.
The Private Office will also consider PR material, collaterals, pitch decks, modelling and other relevant information. Being well and fully equipped, especially in a 1st meeting is necessary. We may also hold workshops with the partners’ staff to create more depth and understanding of any “go to market strategy” for any preparatory stage meetings.
